SELECTING YOUR COTTAGE(S)
All 6 of our cottages share the same facilities but do ask for assistance if you are not sure which one to select. The entry day is normally Saturday during the high season and Sunday from early September to mid November. Short breaks (minimum 3 nights) are available out of season or in the case of short availability (please ring to check).

RESERVATION / DEPOSIT
Please either telephone or email to ascertain availability for the period you require and a booking can be made instantly. Once you have made a provisional booking, please send a £100 deposit (per cottage) along with your full name/address (if possible email address as well) and telephone number. Also let us know how many in your party (stating number of adults/children) and if you intend to bring any well behaved pets. If we do not receive the deposit within 5 days of your reservation, the booking will automatically lapse. Please let us know if there is any delay in the sending of your deposit.
If the booking is to commence within 4 weeks, the full amount is payable.

PAYING THE BALANCE
Your balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. We do not send out reminder letters unless payment is overdue.

It is advisable that you cover your booking with cancellation insurance as the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation by you. If you cancel more then 4 weeks before arrival, the balance (not the deposit) will be refunded if already paid. If you cancel the booking less than 4 weeks of your arrival date, the balance is not refundable. However we will endeavour to re-let the cottage, and if successful, will refund the balance payment in full.
